Alan Trent - Certified/Licensed Massage Therapist

Alan Trent, B.S., L.M.T., C.M.T., was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.  He is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. He is a graduate of the Swedish Institute, School of Massage Therapy.  The Swedish Institute was the first school in the United States to dedicate its curriculum to the teaching of massage.

He has completed courses in Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Swedish Massage, Medical Massage, Shiatsu, Clinical Internship, Prenatal Massage Classes, Breast Massage for Health, body treatments, Soft Tissue Release, Myofascial Release and has certification in CPR and First Aid.  He has received more than 650 hours of training, which was over 12 months to earn a certificate in Massage Therapy.  Approximately 314 of those hours were hands on training.  He has been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist in beauty salons, health spas, Massage agencies, hotel spas, at health fairs and has personal clients for over 34 years.
